Product availability, pricing, lead time, import/export requirements, delivery and commercial terms remain subject to confirmation. RFQ submission is a request for review and does not by itself create a binding purchase or supply commitment.
Confirmed orders, agreements, invoices, purchase orders and approved commercial documents govern the applicable transaction.
